(For reference, a volunteer coordinator reported filling out the application yesterday and were approved within hours for hotel assistance through September the 25th.)

You must be in the evacuation zones in order to get financial aid. They deposit funds directly into your account.

2.                      Harvey Relief: Cooks and Helpers Needed

Help prep food for a massive feeding as a result of Harvey.   Food will be distributed to other nearby shelters, and we need you to volunteer. Feeding 3 meals a day Friday, Sat, and Sunday. We need at least 50 volunteers per shift.  Feeding 1000+.
